By placing an order on our website, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below. If you need to send an item back, the conditions for doing so are clearly detailed for your reference.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- All original tags, labels, and boxes must be returned as received.
- Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this period.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Submit a Request
Email your return request along with your Order ID and the reason for return to advonserver@gmail.com, contact@trendycolors.in.
Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photographs showing the issue to help expedite processing.
Step 3: Follow Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions regarding the return process.
We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not comply with the above guidelines.
Refund Process & Timeline
After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions. You will be informed whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.
Partial Refund Guidelines
If a returned item only partially meets the return requirements, such as cases involving minor damage or missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos or videos of the issue should be shared via email to assist us in resolving the matter promptly.
