Cancellation Policy

At Trendycolors, operated by Advon Server, we strive to provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience. In this policy, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Advon Server, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We understand that plans and preferences may change, and you may occasionally need to cancel an order. The following policy explains how cancellations are handled.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modification

We do not support order modifications, including changes to items or delivery addresses, once an order has been placed. If eligible, you must cancel the order and place a new one.
